Then my phone rang . This was our convocation.
Joe: Cookies?
Me: Ya.

Then it rang again and it was Chelsea.
Chelsea: AHHHHHHHH!
Me: Ahhh im glad you're so excited for talking to me.
Chelsea: I'm not I'm sad.
Me: Why?
Chelsea: Car broke down, can't get it fixed until tomorrow.
Me: POO!
Chelsea: I know.
Me: Ya.
Chelsea: Oksie Dokes.
Me: Scrumdiddlyumpcious.
Chelsea: Bye Bye Chica. I will deffo be there tomorrow, evening.
Me: Okaay.Bye Chica.
Oh crap. Chelsea can't come tonight. Oh well. TOMORROW is a brand new day, I thought. I flopped down on the couch. 20 minuted later Mom came stumbling in with some stranger. "Mom?" I said. "Yaa Sw—Sweetie" She said slurring her words. "Who's that?" I said pointing to the man. "Oh..Uhm.. This is Lance, he's he's" She looked up at him. "Her new boyfriend" he said pushing her through some doors. "MOM!" I said , tears streaming down my face. I stood up and ran outside the hotel, I just kept running and running, until I bumped into someone. "I...I'm sorry." I said, I looked up and saw Joe.
Joe's P.O.V
I was walking back to the hotel when someone bumped into me , crying. I looked up and it was Maddie, she noticed me, I wrapped my arms around her , she slid to the floor crying, I carried her down some paths until I found the beach, we sat down in the sand, my arm around her, she was crying into my chest. I don't know what it was, but it felt right, me with my arm around her, I wondered weather we'd be anything more than friends. "Are you gunna tell me what's wrong?" I asked, hugging her tight. She looked up at me. "Mom..Man.....Drunk. Glug Glug...Room..How could she?" She said trying to see through tears. "You're mom came home with a man, drunk...room. How could she?" I said, trying to understand , I think she meant that her mom had come home with a man. "My mom and dad are separated, my mom is a single mom,, but how could she do that to dad." She said tears staining my shirt. "Oh god, I'm so sorry" She said looking at my shirt. "It's okay..honestly." I said pushing her hand away from wiping it. "Wanna go down into the water?" She asked me. "Are.. are you sure... I mean..." I started. "Yeah, come on" She said and stood up and held her hand out. "Okay" I said, I took her hand and pulled myself up so she won't hurt herself, we walked hand in hand down to the water. She took off her shorts, she had a long top on , so it was like covering her. I took off my top.
Maddie's POV,.
I turned and looked at Joe. My mouth dropped. "What?" he asked. "Is there a bug on me...get it off!!" He screamed girlishly and kept hitting himself. "No bugs, don't worry." I said closing my mouth. I still had tear stained cheeks, but I though if I went in the water I would calm down. "Then Wh--" He started. "Don't matter, come on" I said pushing him in the water. "Oh no you didn't" He said, doing the clicky thing. "Oh yes I did" I said laughing. He yanked my leg and I fell in the water with him. HOURS later I got out the water and he followed me, I sat down in the sand. "Wait here." He said and ran off. Minutes later I heard the sound of a car, I looked around and saw Joe getting out of a black jeep. "Woah. Nice" I said. "You like? Got it today." He said grinning. "Cool" I said and walked over. "Nice for drying off too." I said and jumped on the bonet and lay down. "Oh, good thinking" he said and jumped on next to me, the sun was setting by now. "Wow" he said looking at the sky. "Wow..is right" I said. I kept rolling to the side. I got off the car. "Where you going" he asked. "Nowhere, I keep feeling like I'm gunna fall off the car." I said, he smiled and beckoned me over. I sat back up on the bonet, he pulled me close to his chest and wrapped his arm around my waist. I cried into his chest, I can't believe I was crying infront of Joe, let alone into his chest. I kept crying thinking about my mom and this random man she was probably with right now, a few minutes later I sat up and rummaged through my bag, pulled out my little black book. I grabbed a pen and started writing, I glanced at Joe.

Oh and guess what.. i got iron on transfer sheets ! woohoo. i got 5.. and 5 tees in colours...of the neon range :P ... my white one tho.. it has big black writing sayin "i love the CUTE FUNNY ONE." and FUNNY is in pink and i llove the is fancy. It loooks HOT. (: tsss. hshhhahahaha...randomness.
