ok does any have any advice runescape has an update which said at the bottom of the screen 9 minutes and i waited 2 hours and sumthin and i tried playing and nuhin would come up so i restardted my computer then it wouldn't lemme bring up the log in screen anyone know waht the problem is?

try reinstaling java... and clearing your temporary internet folder

I don't know whether to use the Abyss I'm level 75 and quite weak, should I try?

if ur weak do zmi but nats are not worth it anymore unless u have 2x if ur gonna use abyss wear good light armour best thing is polar camo hunt gear helm of neitiziot and dragon sq but jus do zmi till 82 then astrals till 91 thats wat id do

cuz its only 9 levels and 150k xp and since you stay in abyss till level 82 you need the practice to get better at it!
