With the American economy on the brink of a recession and the cost of every day goods such as gasoline rising by the day, millions of American families are having a difficult time getting by right now. This song expresses the frustration of rising living costs in a time of a slow economic climate.

Yeah I am in the mortgage business and our office went from 250 employees to 12. It's sad. Millions of people are having to foreclose on their homes, many industries are having huge layoffs. The automobile industry, banking, all over. Gas prices and everyday living costs go up at the worst possible time for the U.S. public. After seeing this every day and talking to these very people foreclosing and losing their jobs I had to get this off my chest.
