  • @bigjoetube hahahahaha

  • smoking cigarettes made her lose that girly high voice she had during the early 90's about 98 is when her voice was very deep but 1999 she. Was starting to get it back but then went into the drugs heavy which damged her voice so but give her a year or two she'll be back to singing with her 1999 divas voice!

  • If God wants Whitney's voice will come back.

  • @direfranchement she obviously had major oral surgery her teeth look completely her speech change due to the oral surgery her entire mouth looks diiferent from 90s Whitney Houston.

  • @direfranchement Whitney wasn't booed on her tour - the media made that up. The only time she was mass booed was once when she took a costume change and they wanted her back! Please don't believe the rumours :)

  • @direfranchement When I say "lost", I mean, her voice, itself, went down dramatically. Even during BG, you could hear how deep it was becoming, and she struggled during many performances, for reasons obvious to us both. Whitney was so phenominal she sang through all this, but he voice was going down, and fast. I do get your point, though. It saddens me, because, myself, and the world are dying to hear that wonderful voice again...too bad it's just a dream...

Whitney's voice was far from "lost" during the Bodyguard era. Though her voice did begin to coarsen during the BG (with that much wear and tear from touring, not surprising), the change wasn't "dramatic" as she was still vocally recognizable. In 2010, Whitney Houston had no singing voice at all---she talked her way through most of her performances and was booed across the world, angering fans who felt they had wasted their money on tickets.

  • @direfranchement Actually, you're correct, although, only partially correct. Whitney's voice was lost during the Bodyguard soundtrack/touring. She was in such high demand she developed nodes, and had surgery then. That's when we heard a dramatic change in her sound & we could hear the hoarse sound, even though she kept singing very well that way for a long time. Over the time, to my understanding, she's had many vocal surgeries...but, it was the BG touring that started all this, not drugs.
