I wore it for 4 months and it didn't help one bit! I ended up having a Total Knee Replacement and the surgery is the only reason that I am pain free right now. Don't waste your money or gets your hopes up on this...besides, it is not something you'd want to wear for the rest of your life...just get the surgery and be done with it!
