Lance Mackey - Yukon Quest Rookie Interview 2005

Lance Mackey's rookie interview at the start of the 2005 Yukon Quest.
Barely looked upon as a contender, Lance Mackey and his dogs would go on from that start line interview in Whitehorse to win four consecutive 1600 km/ 1000 mile Yukon Quest and Iditarod races.
After being the first musher to win the 1000 mile Iditarod and the 1000 mile Yukon Quest later on in 2007 - a feat formerly thought to be impossible - he won both races again in 2008 and was introduced into the Musher Hall of Fame in 2010.
The dogs in the clip however belong to another musher at the start line - Kelley Griffin - and the file contains 75 meg.
