how long you have driven this Saab? Have you been happy with this car?

@1993osku , I drove it occasionally for 5 years, now is in my box with faulty electronic fuel injection. All old cars are fragile, and a Saab 900 is fragile in clutch, gearbox, cv joints and you should prefer a carburetted car, or one with a good working mechanical fuel injection (complex to fix and adjust).

@1993osku , 10 km per liter. The 8 valve models do 9 km per liter.

Do you also double-clutch when shifting up? It looks so...

Is the gearbox hard to shift else?

@aviatorsbh, yes, I often do double clutching shifting up to better reduce friction and wear of syncronizator and if you find the rigt moment shifting is not hard.

wrong. The transmission can break down if you do it the other way around. (If you change from 1st to reverse to quick).
