@MohammadX101 Stalin was not a jew, actually he was brought to power by all jews around him, but he actually despised jews. As for Putin he is playing a game of chess. He is def anti-zionist, but he smart and careful not to drive the jewish community out, the jews are good with money and he calls them " the Investment class" He needs jews to stay in russia and keep investing to make Russia an ultimate super power, hence he still has few oligarchs on his side as long as they obey the rules
