Disabled Man Falls at Popular Sidney, British Columbia, Canada Boat Launch

Disabled man falls and re-injures himself at a popular Sidney, BC boat launch after Town of Sidney declined several requests for handicapped parking with many excuses, one of them being that there would be less parking available for able-bodied people. The main reason that the engineer stated was "If they can launch a boat, they don't need handicapped parking".

He has since reworked himself back to his feet and gained the use of his legs back.

This is the same town where the majority of their residents are elderly and there is an island across the water to segregate lepers. If they don't want handicapped people there, they should put up a sign.
