Jeffrey admits that he doesn't feel good about leaving Olivia on her own in Gus' house. She threatens him with the garden hose if he doesn't go and tells him to say thanks to Reva for the hospitality. After he leaves, she tries to go into the house slowly but can't. She calls for help. Her car arrives and she gets a ride back to The Beacon. As she goes up to her room, she runs into Cassie and asks if she can look over payroll. Cassie is paranoid for a second but Olivia insists that she just needs something to do. She goes into her room and sits down alone and exhausted.

Reva goes home and asks Jeffrey where Olivia is. He explains that Olivia left; she does what she wants, he says. "Would it be rude to dance?" Reva jokes. She offers to unbutton Jeffrey but he's busy, though he offers to entertain her later. She smiles at the thought and then heads over to The Beacon to visit Olivia with a bundle full of flowers. She wonders why Olivia passed on Jeffrey so quickly. Olivia reminds Reva that Jeffrey is hers and she has to find someone of her own "or die trying". Reva doesn't think that's funny. Olivia's not laughing. Meanwhile, Jeffrey goes to see Lillian and asks her if she does any private nursing. When she realizes he's thinking of Olivia she laughs and says no. He tells her to think of Emma. "You're shameless," she smiles.

Ava sends nurses over to visit Olivia to interview as her caregiver. She can't stand any of them and sends them all away. Jeffrey arrives with Lillian. Olivia tells her to keep her hands to herself and tries to send her off to do the laundry. It doesn't take long before Lillian storms out, telling Olivia to be ashamed of herself. Later, Olivia has great difficulty even standing and has to call for help again.
