How are things going? You haven't posted in a while. Is WW still good? I'm at 7 months postop now and feel like I need direction.

Good for you..and no need to feel nervous about speaking out about WW. It is actually a great idea! You look fabulous and I love your vids. Keep up the good work!

katie - good for you and WW. i think it is such a great program. i am recenlty banded but would not feel bad in the future if i decided to go back to WW - it's such a healthy approach and well balanced plan - not really a diet so to speak. good luck and i love your videos!

hey chick how is WW going?

I just flashed on your picture on the right, and wow what a difference from the begining.
hugs
OMG I could never do "moderation" pre-op and still have issues with that. Please keep us posted if WW helps with that. How do they calculate how many points u should have? Is it different because you are post WLS? I'm so happy it worked for your weight loss this week!! Keep it up and please keep us posted....this WW thing sounds interesting :)

Thanks, girl. I didn't tell them about WLS and I calculated my points just like a normal person and still lost weight (woot woot). Feels good to be "normal" - and losing!

Yay for an update and congrats on a new all time low! So exciting. Do what you need to help you stay on track and keep the weight off. It's working and that's all that matters :)

thats one of the biggest things for me too. Telling myself that slip ups dont have to turn into epic binges. If I ate a big lunch, It doesnt have to turn into a big dinner and big dessert and big snacking all night long. And it keeps the progress going when you can pull yourself back into healthy habits instead of the 'start tomorrow' mentality. great job finding what works for you.

Thanks! I like the feeling of being able to turn even small slip-ups into still-successful days. Yay for ww!
