Leeward Kai Fathers Day Regatta @ Nanakuli Beach Park 2008

Leeward Kai Father's Day Regatta @ Nanakuli Beach Park, June 15, 2008. The race was non sanctioned due to high surf, but went on using fiberglass canoes instead of Koa as Hui Nalu cracked their canoe in the surf before the first race. This features the Outrigger Canoe Club teams on shore and in the water.

All the clubs brought their Koa canoes but everyone had to switch to fiberglass because of the high surf. So Leeward Kai loaned out their canoes.
