lol,the O2 Atom life is (unlocked) with wifi,Free internet on $100 pre-paid for 1035 mins with Sim card from T-mobile...The Refur Epix is USA locked with At&t Plan that suck you dry after the First Year...Hum Try the Refurb Iphone or the European with Prade-2 .....
