Caitlin's Way (aired in Australia under the title Just a Kid) is a live action teen drama series that aired on Nickelodeon from 2000--2002. The show was co-created by Thomas W. Lynch (The Secret World of Alex Mack). Aired on The N from January 2003 to September 27, 2009. It also aired on TeenNick from September 28, 2009 to February 7, 2010.
Caitlin Seeger

Caitlin Seeger is a fourteen-year-old girl who has been in and out of foster homes since her mother's sudden death when she was eight. Her father had left when she was four. Caitlin, still angry about her mother's death, hides her grief in her tough attitude which causes her to get into trouble frequently. She loves photography and is usually seen with her camera which once belonged to her mother. Her dream is to become a professional photographer. After getting in trouble and expelled from her Catholic school, Caitlin is given the option of going to juvenile hall or going to live with her mother's cousin, Dori Lowe (whom Caitlin did not even know existed) her husband Jim and their son Griffen in Montana. Caitlin agrees to go to Montana. While there, Caitlin meets Bandit after rescuing him from wranglers. As time goes by, the Lowes and Caitlin learn to accept each other and Caitlin gets what she's always wanted for a long time: a loving family and a permanent home. She loves to read and her best subject in school is English. Her worst subject in school is math. The Locket that Caitlin wears 24/7 is the same locket that her mother used to wear and she is often seeing listening to her mini CD player. Caitlin used to play Soccer and she associates the sport with her mom because the last time Caitlin played soccer with her best friend was the day that her mom died. Caitlin's favorite color is black.
Premise
Caitlin's Way focuses on Caitlin Seeger (played by Lindsay Felton), a troubled girl who lives on the streets of Philadelphia. After being arrested, Caitlin is given the option of going to youth detention center or living with her mother's cousin in Montana. She chooses to live with Dori, Jim, and Griffen on their ranch and experiences a culture shock. Caitlin is still upset about her mom's unexpected death when she was eight. All Caitlin really wants is a loving family and a permanent home. The ranch was actually near High River, Alberta in nearby Canada, and there were scenes shot in town (around the many murals, as well as in local schools), and in Calgary where the C-Train was occasionally seen in the background.

In addition to airing on Nickelodeon, the show was also telecast in Canada on YTV. Nickelodeon cancelled the show after ratings fell and the show changed direction. New episodes were shown throughout early 2002. It also aired on CH and is currently on The N on a regular basis. Although it is a Nickelodeon series, Disney Channel aired it in the United Kingdom.

@SpinDoctor91 Thanks glad u enjoy my vids im a huge fan of the show im getting better with the program i might make another one took me 3 days to make this one i like ur comments :) i might make a threw glass video i dont like the song much but i might seems like a good song i just think of songs and i know the caitlins way show really iv watched it so much lol i know what fits her lol yeah i did use shows she was on i looked them up lidsay felton is who played caitlin.

@AticEnigma25 LOL yeah i agree man.threw glass is a good song i think it would fir Caitlin,i think of the songs that would fit Caitlin too.i have watched Caitlin's Way like amillion times over and over,wish there were more seasons then just 2. :( i wish the season had closure and i always wonder what became of Will and Caitlin,Waitlin if you will.LOL or Cill Waitlin is better thoug.LOL i do love Caitlin's Way best show ever i do miss it i wish there were new episodes. :( can't wat till the next.
