• MB features a queen size bed with standard pillows, closet, solar hot & cold bath/shower/toilet and balcony overlooking bay with a magnificent sun rise on the ocean.
• Second BR has a bunk bed double bottom/ single top and 3rd BR has single size bed, complete bathroom in the hallway.
• Large courtyards with childrens swimming pool
• Kitchen features gas oven / 4 burner stove, pots and pans for cooking, knives, dinnerware, refrigerator, large built-in barbecue (in courtyard) plus upstairs kitchen has bar fridge and microwave.
• Dining room features a seven seat solid wood top table, ceiling fan and big French windows.
• Family room/ office features a 21 TV with satellite cable Computer and internet connection, Play station 2 plus 50 games .
• Towels, linens, beddings & standard pillows provided. Beddings changed weekly or per request.
•Covered open air Lounge room has sofa`s and coffee table and hammock which overlooks the ocean.
• Laundry washing machine and spin dryer, electronic safe.
• All utilities included in the rent already. You dont need to bring anything but change of clothes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Accepts Paypal, Western Union or CASH (if paying in Philippines)

REQUIREMENTS:
• A reservation fee of $100 or PHP 5,000 to get your time blocked payable via Paypal or Western Union, whichever is convenient for you.
• Cash if reservation is made in Sabang/Puerto Galera, Philippines.
• Remaining balance payable upon check-in plus $100 refundable deposit. Deposit of $100 will be returned when no damages or missing belongings.
• If there are missing belongings or damages incurred during the stay and value exceeds $100, you will have to pay the balance and will not get the deposit.
RESTRICTIONS: No smoking inside and No Pets allowed
