Just to let all you customers know, in September the rules are changing so that if our routes are too long or too difficult to complete within our shift (which is usually the case) then we (the drivers) can phone you and TELL you we are cancelling your order and it will have to be delivered another day, so we can go home. Hopefully routing will pay attention to this and make our routes a little easier to complete.

I worked here for five years and saw it go from the small, employee driven ideal to the usual money orientated huge business. To say they will kill themselves to complete an order isn't true - they will happily put the employee in grave danger to complete an order! And to rub salt in any wound you often receive in the normal course of a working day, they lie to the court in order to secure their position as a caring retailer! The only thing green about them is their poorly treated staff.

A shame they are still using plastic bags... I wonder if they have figured in the carbon footprint for all that wasted plastic. You would think they would have tried to use clothe shopping bags. I guess the argument then would be weight and of course sanitary conditions...

Amazing, I really thought that people were picking up my order. I don't earn much but I use Ocado regularly as they have great special offers and the service is the best. It's not just for the posh people but I am sorry to hear that they don't treat their staff well enough. They should now improve this too. Thanks for the film, it's very instructive.

I'm quite impressed with the warehouse like but at the end of the day tesco is better. i have used tesco for for the last 5 years every week and never had a complaint about anything. I used asda b4 that and they really are shit. I didn't get half the stuff i ordered and customer care is more like customer don't care now fuck off!
