eyy yea air alert works really well i have gained like 10 in doing only 9 weeks out of 15 so i dident finish yet but im planning on to finish it during the summer i have a 37 in vert now i can get rim easy but cant dunk yet im 5.6

Yes i agree that ankle weights will work if you combine it with exercising, i know it increases leg power, but after u take them off and take a jump u jump incredibly higher then u did before, just regular exercising daily with out ankle weights can help too
