funny how people here are calling for the smart car to be banned for safety reasons. I don't see anyone lining up at Harley Davidson Dealerships doing the same thing.

@watzupdawg Obviously the IIHS test facility can't reproduce every single real life scenario. Things will always be different out in the real world, there are too many factors. I've been in a nasty crash before and heck the car looked worse than it would've in a test facility. This test still gives a good idea of what may happen and it's about as close to real life as it can get.
Besides look at the curb weight of the Benz and then the Smart.
