Also the whole point of the concept stage is to receive constructive feedback from both shareholders and stakeholders, experts and everyday users. So let him judge. Sorry, I don't think "try it before you knock it" applies here with something so obviously dangerous. A lot of this would need to change for it to pass all sorts of safety tests. They could better invest money in a different direction.
