  • I live in Whitehall, PA right down the street from that abandoned factory. It is creeepy. :O) My parents attended several events @ TheBuck Hill Inn in the mid-70's. Thanks for posting!

  • @Julie101670 Do you know what kind of factory it used to be? Just curious. It's pretty big.

  • I live about 5 miles from buck hill. used to skate and swim there as a kid. very close to my house is a ruined "castle" 4 stories, fairly small and only 3 walls still stand. legend goes (from the book pocono ghosts) it was constructed for marie antionnette to flee to from france. pretty secluded on private property. would love to take a metal detector back there

  • That's cool. It's a beautiful area... I would want to check that place out too.

  • Very well done, Great Job! What's the name of the music and artist? I would love to hear more.

  • Thank you! The name of the song is "The Mummers Dance," and it's by Loreena McKennitt, an Irish folk singer. This was her one big pop hit, but she's a very prolific artist. I chose for this video because I love its haunting quality.

  • That's cool! I should have when I went. My friends and I went it's cool. We didn't do any damage. On the website, theirs a brochure of the place. Well my friend's girlfriend and I looked in the window, and seen it's the same room in the picture. But theirs chairs, tv's, wood, everything all over. It's amazing though. Message me if you wanna talk about Buck Hill Inn. I would love to hear about it when it was active. I seen the pool too! gosh, soo cool. It's a mess now. We have pics and video
