On the Akata website it says : "Arrangement belongs to Cimorelli. We do not claim to be better than them." I wouldn't call that stealing. I would call that a tribute.

@thebubba1216..just keep in mind, that this is whats called a "blind" recording, there are no studio effects, not even decent microphones, they are sitting down, using what apperas to be a cheap camera to record them, and they sound fantastic (they really need a manager to tell them to never release unpolished material on the net so that geniuses like you can ridicule what is truly unbelievabe singing talent (and to compare them to some other group also moronic.

They did a good job. But you can't compare them to Cimorelli who are signed to a huge record deal with Universal and about to release a major album.

Couldn't believe you weren't on AGT tonight -- did you back out or something? Here's my original FB status after checking out all 20 acts: "Just three more hours to vote at [the web site URL] -- Handy tip: About the only ones worth watching are Akata (a cappella girl group - VERY good), Megan (singer/ventriloquist, impressive), and Brett Daniels (illusionist, not bad). Don't waste time on the others, as they are laaaaaame." Even BD let us down tonight with much dead time in mid-act.
