TMNT2: The Arcade Game (NES) - Deathless Longplay Part 2/4

Tora is an interesting, bad-ass looking boss, but he can be taken care of without a sweat. There are two methods that people usually use against him, and I show a bit of both during the battle. One way is to simply let him go to a corner to try to throw an ice chunk, jump kicking him just as he's about to catch it, and then repeating the jump kick. He'll stay in the corner and the falling ice will not damage the player. Another method is to lure him to the middle area of the screen and jump kick him back and forth as he tries to run to the corners, always changing direction after getting hit.

The mutated, fly version of Baxter is the easiest boss in the game if you use the method that I do in the video. It's an insult to the players that they put that pizza there at the end :)

The highway stage showcases most of the different foot soldiers in the game with a good pace, which, along with the music, makes that rather grey stage enjoyable. The rocket board stage is there just for fun... I can't imagine even a first-timer dying in such a short stage :)
