XCode iPhone SDK Tutorial: CGRectIntersectsRect/UIImageView Collision

All made in Iphone SDK Xcode 3.2

Tutorial on using CGRectIntersectsRect to detect collision. You will build an app to drag one image and collide it with an other Image!

i am trying to drag a rect that i made in draw rect and no matter what i do it constantly makes me drag from the top left corner of the rect. I've tried to modify the location of the gesture but nothing seems to be working. What should i do to make it drag from the center of the rect?
