I rode with a friend to a concert out of state, and the second that she crossed the state line with the phone up to her ear. a state police officer on the interstate highway pulled her over and gave her a $50 ticket. I was glad because I couldn't get her to put the phone down long enough to drive. I would love to see more people pulled over for this.

@jakewvllc The same thing happend to me ... you know if they cut you off and you hit them your at fault ... even if they where on their phone who's going to prove that? It just ain't right.

Here in the state of Missouri, the govenor just signed a bill into law that bans the use of cell phones while driving. If you are caught, you can get a ticket.
