I'm 6'4" and all legs... I've been deadlifting with "strict" form lately by bringing my stance closer in (heels 6" apart) and my toes directly forward.. I've seen about a 75lbs drop in my 3RM by doing so.. Also noticed it's harder to keep my lower back arched. I'm going to go back to a slightly wider stance with my toes a bit out like you suggest and hopefully I can start seeing progress again. Thanks for the tips
