  • @AForkSpoon What makes you think that Christians dislike science? Just because science only deals with what can be tested and it cannot predict if there is a God does not mean that we are incompatible with science.

  • I don't think atheists have the epistemic right to choose science, they have not solved the problem of induction, they just assume it. Is that rational?

  • @Hatpot

Yes, it would be nice to see the slides. Who are the scientist role models?

  • Science vs Politics is very similar to Science vs Religion, republicans are more or less conservative and belive what thier culture told them over recent discoveries. Conservatisim and Religion go hand in hand.

  • america doesnt believe in science because we are a "christian nation" are we going to believe a single book or are we going to believe the universe itself? We heretically choose religion.

  • Yeah it seems like the book suggests not that everyday people try to learn a bit more science, but rather that science dumb itself down for everyday people. wth...

  • From what I've just researched it seems that the book goes off the rails right after the title.

  • Chris, don't quit your day job.

  • This guy sold his integrity to the Templeton foundation (Intelligent design advocates).
