"The Stranger Card"

A prediction of different color is placed at the side at the beginning, someone chooses a card and signs his or her initials/signature on the card, then the card is lost inside the deck, when the prediction is revealed, it is revealed to be the signed card, but it is also revealed to be the only blue card, leaving people to think, how did they sign a card that was sitting in plain view the entire time without themselves even knowing?
