DragonBall is Owned by TOEI ANIMATION, Ltd. and Licensed by FUNimation Productions Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan, known in Japan as ドラゴンボールZ 燃えつきろ!!熱戦・烈戦・超激戦 (Doragon Bōru Zetto Moetsukiro!! Nessen Ressen Chō-Gekisen, "Dragon Ball Z: Burn Up!! A Close, Intense, Super-Fierce Battle"?), is the eighth Dragon Ball Z feature movie. The original release date in Japan was on March 6, 1993 between episodes 177 and 178. It was released on VHS and DVD in North America by FUNimation Entertainment on August 26, 2003.
During the San Diego Comic Con, FUNimation announced that they will release two Dragon Ball Z feature movies on Blu-ray format. These two movies included Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan and Broly: Second Coming, and both feature full HD 1080p resolution with digitally remastered animation, and an enhanced 5.1 surround mix. Both movies were released on November 13, 2007.
Due to the popularity of Broly's character, he would reappear in two subsequent sequels, Broly: Second Coming and Bio-Broly.

i dont know why they didnt make another they could of done so much wit it they way they ended the 3rd broly movie which was a terrible excuse of a dbz movie the ending of it made way for another but i dont know why they didnt
