ArtBite - Throwies and Light Graffitti

ArtBite - A menu of art taster sessions for adults by The Action Factory, Blackburn.

In October a programme of workshops were held to give adults a second "bite" at art. Workshops were held all around Blackburn and Darwen. The activities on offer varied widely and people could try their hand at mosiacs, batik, light twisting, creative writing, music, singing and dance. Photographer Adrian Barber ran a series of workshops on the basics of photography over the month - in this session the group captured 'light graffiti' using 'throwies' and other LED lights.

Art Bite is part of a national programme entitled "The Learning Revolution".
