@CampbellFitness good to know, ingesting fewer non food items is best. So, do you now re-evaluate your 3 primary supplements? If you had to replace glutamine as one of them?

@m4xfl4xst4r Should be the same. I will say that since I made this video I've seen a lot of studies that have shown free form supplementation of this to be kind of useless if you have a good diet in place!

is there a diff between glutamine and l-glutamine? I see both at the supplement retailer

@Trajiq187 Yeah a lot of the stuff I've read have pointed towards free form supplementation to be mostly useless, but it's a cheap enough supplement that I don't mind continuing to use it (even if it's only the mental affect it has on me). I don't think you need more than 5 grams (timing doesn't seem to be too relevant either), so take it when it's most convenient.
Really agree with this, I have personally noticed brain function improvements. Greater focus allows me to solve problems more effectively.
