@DaSanyyy I hate most of the GOP too, but you're saying that saying no to Obama's policies is a bad thing? Saying no to the patriot act which violates the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th amendments? Saying no to a 3rd war that has nothing to do with us, when we might be supporting the wrong side as these rebels don't want freedom, they just want the power themselves, and have connections to Al-queda?

No to $1.5-$2 trillion deficits, which even makes Bush look good?

@chainfire9001 The stimulus would have been more successful if the Republicans hadn't cut it off at the knees. They didn't spend as much as Obama wanted, and certainly not as much as we really ought to have. The stimulus was too little.

@DaSanyyy What agenda? To cut the largest spending section of government rather than expanding it? To not make jobs just to make jobs? The belief of the GOP is that of a much more capitalist America, rather than a socialist America. Socialism is not necessarily bad, but it is bad for emergency jobs, it will put a greater strain on our government. Capitalism is what should control the job market. The GOP is trying to cut spending rather than increase it to solve the problem.

did any of you also realize that this is a MAJOR contributor to global warming? all that paper - wasted. all those trees - killed. kinda strange, because they dedicate SO much of our tax money to 'climate change'. what if the Americans don't WANT climate change? do they shove it down our throats, just like the health care bill?

When are we going to learn that jobs for the sake of employment are nothing more than welfare? When are we going to learn that if we can’t afford it we can’t have it? I do believe that there are many idiotic republicans out there, but the main idea is irrefutably true. Jobs need to be made through legitimate business in the production of a product or service, and that we cannot afford to spend not only anymore then we are, but what we are, already spending.

Plus you can't be serious that ludicrous spending plans by the Dems are going to solve anything right now. The health care reform that was asked for was one the cuts cost not one that will be so expensive it will swallow our entire GDP by 2050 not to mention bankrupt our country
