VAWT_house

This innovative VAWT has a rotor blade control system that allows automated handling of the turbine.
Benefits:
- In the home position the VAWT is hidden in the house construction or in the caravan.
- The VAWT does not interfere with the architecture of the building, or there is
possible transfer of the caravan.
- Transfer from the home position into the working position is automatic, without human intervention.
- This VAWT can be controlled by building control system. If necessary, the
VAWT comes out and produces electricity.
- In the working position our turbine has all the advantages of H-rotor VAWT.
- Perfect protection against excessive wind and lightning -- the VAWT is inserted into the construction of the house or caravan.

This VAWT will allow more use of wind power in mobile applications (caravaning) and also in private houses (active houses, passive houses,... ). This turbine will be an important part of the energy system of hydrogen houses, where it will complement the photovoltaic panels.
