Isn´t that a DT400 with some TT500 sides on it?

No. It is a MX400 with aftermarket side panels. The tank is original MX400. The DT colors were reversed.

A DT would have a fill case on the right hand side where the autolube pump was.

Nice, i have a 76 Yamaha IT400, pretty similar to the mx, but with lights and a bigger enduro tank. Did you put the Supertrapp muffler on it and did you notice that the bike was quieter when you did?

im buying one as soon as i can find one with Gods help,

Looking at different older bikes,

but the yammie is the best for overall riding and vintage racing,

Totally cool bike, and im familiar with Yamaha's too,

Much better suspension than older two shocker's and they ride better, without beating you up,

@Ronadv1 i have not put it on yet,i have to pay the man i am buying it from and find a piston for it.i located a 38 mm carb for it.once i get it all installed i will put up a video on it.

@yamahaRT1M Was the MX400 cylinder and carb install on the 75 DT400B a success as I have both bikes?
