@JacksEpicFail That was the Carni, I think When you're in Chill Dog or Mad Dog and he half-passes your guard, trap his far leg with your inside leg so he can't roll, and torque his arm up.

@chrislee0329 meathook. When you're trying to get from New York to Chill Dog, and you can't clear the neck, Meathook is when you take the arm that's trapping his arm to the mat and place it around the back of his head and your foot/ankle and shove that hand in his armpit. Some subs and maybe a sweep or two from there, I can't quite remember (I'm going through the dvds now).

There seems to be some confusion around grappling, GJJ is mainly for self defence with the sport aspect coming in the later stages, whilst BJJ is mainly a sport version....with less emphasise on self defence.
