whatever file type i try to load into the sampler nothing works, and every tutorial i ve seen so far assumes midi is being used

Hey do you know how to initialize a patch on the NNXT? Everytime I bring one up it automatically has the piano on it, how can I just get a blank slate?

With the NNXT selected, go to Edit > Initialise Patch

I want to sample by using mp3 songs. What's the best way to convert them and how can i chop them in the sampler?

Probably by using the free ware sample editing programme Audacity (Google it).
Import the song, select the part you want to use in the sampler, and export it as a .wav or .aiff
You can then load it in to the NNXT as in the video.
