Hopefully this is a trailer for a new movie. Board track racing was popular in the teens and twenties of the twentieth century. I've never even seen footage of board track racers. Anyway thought I would post this.
@udamann2003 Do an Ebay - Amazon -Google search for a book called AmericanRacer (Vol 1) there is no better photo history, but it is BIG money and a collectors item.
Eddie Hasha crashed at the NJ Motordrome on Sept 8, 1912. I have some info about it on my site here. There are some references listed if you want to research more.
The accident occurred in 1913 and only two riders were killed. The other deaths were to spectators. If you look closely at the diagram in the clip, it even says "1913." Nice voice over, engaging music good images...but the content is not well researched.
there was a track in south KCMO.

Actually it was only outlawed on tracks smaller than 1 mile because they obviously had much steeper banking.

I completed a character-rich, feature length screenplay surrounding board track racing and am looking for a production company.
