@sin1psy It doesn't mention it in this report as this was the first reported broadcast. This happened last Summer. I didn't really follow up on it afterwards. At the end of the report it says he remains detained in Irish custody. As far I can remember from reading online I think he was allowed return to Canada on the basis he would return for any further court or case proceedings.
