Usb-Drive-Error-Cannot-Eject.mp4

I've been getting this error over the past couple of months, on my 2008 server. As you may or may not know, Microsoft requires the use of external USB hard drives, to make backups. Sometimes these drives get "hung" and won't dismount. Some fancy work is necessary to get them to release from the system.
