I met JD Crowe at the IBMA back in 1995..One of the NICEST PEOPLE you will ever meet...If Jimmy Martin LOVED HIM...Then that should say it all, shouldn't it...

Whats all this about JD not smiling? So what? That could be just the way he looks while playing. I know I'm pretty serious when I pick.
He also could annoyed at the sound guys. Lord knows they can get on your nerves. Notice how you could hardly hear him in the second break?

crowe's just one of those pickers that looks like he's mad at the world when he picks. People give some of the worst while their picking(just natural). He's really a nice guy.
