This song is called "Now, I Am a Cobra". It's from my upcoming all-acoustic/stripped down EP called "Dogs Are Better Than Cats".

The entire EP was recorded on an iPhone. You can see the iPhone in this video sitting on top of a roll of paper towels. I did that to elevate it and get it closer to my voice so it's more balanced with the guitar.

  • hey.

    i'll feel sorry for you.

  • @MattSturg lolwut

  • does recording this on your iphone have anything at all to do with your recent ebay auctioning "liquidation" sales?

  • @Thehighseasecho22 No. I still have a fully functional studio. I mostly sold drums and guitars, of which I own far too many, even after the sale.

  • Is there a guitar tutorial to this song that someone can direct me to? and If there's not, can someone please make one. I really want to learn how to play it.

  • you are extremely talented, i cannot get over it.

  • Everything you produce is beautiful.

I've been a fan for quite some time, now, and have never been disappointed. Ever.

  • Will there be another EP/album with a similar sound to this one?

I like all of your albums, but I would like to see a variety. :]

  • Your voice is so soothing, beautiful :)

  • Not sure how I feel about the acoustic Dan hunter

  • @PlayRadioPlay7dh lol he didn't understand you were singing to NOT feel sorry for you since you're "fortunate" as are a lot of others that might complain about minor complications. He probably wasn't trying to troll, least i hope not.

  • It's a little uncomfortable feeling so strongly over (what i believe to be) exceptional music and because I hold it in such a high personal regard I almost feel like It's an insult that I relate to it. Can art be out of one's league?Does that even make sense? Appreciation can definitely go unappreciated, but, can it (sincerity) be offensive? There is not enough revision to make this coherent, but, i still mean what I can't say! =)

  • I love this song.

  • where can I buy this stuff?!
