Local Sydney Advertisments (2011)

I decided to find some commercials for local Sydney businesses or services during 2011 as screened on Sydney television stations. I've managed to secure a variety of them including commercials from:
*Government Offices such as the RTA.
*Tourism NSW- Regional NSW such as Port Stephens, Sydney.com & Events NSW.
*TV & Radio - Nova, The Sydney Morning Herald, Seven News & Nine News
*Major events - Royal Easter Show, Sydney 500
*Entertainment & Sport - NRL, Australian Reptile Park & Luna Park
*General - Kelly Country, Blockout Shutters, NRMA, Westside Mazda, Brescia Furniture, Pauls Warehouse, Bing Lee, Nicks Seafood, Victorias Basement & Peters of Kensington.

Some of them are still screening early in 2012 but they were being aired before December 31. What I do is thatI collect them over the course of the year from TV shows that I record e.g news and bring them together. Some recorded shows are aired at late night when I'm sleeping and thats when some get their airplay like Blockout Shutters or Nicks Seafood.

OK, fair enough. Of course some of the late 2011 ads (like the Bing Lee Stocktake Sale ad around 13.40) are still being aired now/were still aired until very recently. On to the ads themselves now, I'm sure that the Blockout Shutters ad has been shown on Sydney TV for at least 15-20 years. Also a nice touch to start and end the video with a promo for one of Sydney's TV news bulletins.

One more thing, I'm pretty sure there's some current/recent 2012 local ads sprinkled in. Feel free to correct me however!

It must of taken you over a year to record all of those! Some familiar and not so familiar ads to Sydney viewers in that nice little package there. :)
