Chef it looks simple.. but we didn't see / hear how many whistles (how long does it have to cook under pressure?) Rice and mutton have different cooking time in the pressure cooker. Won't the rice be overcooked by the time the mutton is cooked?

@aryowailangitoyo97: Jaya means victory. It is common word in Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and so on.

There are two kinds of biryani. Kacchi and pakki biryani. The chef Mr. Damu here has given us an opportunity to prepare the simplest version which any body can come with, without failing. Kacchi biryani is the Master's one. And this video is one of the simplest form of pakki biryani too. Because Pakki biryani to have some more procedures. If anyone have tasted the original "Thalapakatti" biryani, you will be surprised that it tastes like the one in this video with nuances.

I will give some references to what is Kacchi Biryani and Pakki Biryani from a good chef on You tube itself. Search for "Mutton Biryani Vahchef" and watch the video "Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani" I have tried many dishes from vahchef on youtube and its really simple and great .
