@tapeswilleatus Granted, it's not original- I believe that is the point. Granted, its promoting a vapid and unneccessary product- but you dont seem to have too much of a heavy conscience about that as you seem to be watching commercial TV. Granted, mainstream advertising is designed to appeal to conservative views of homogeneity-lets all be glad its not a Zoo ad which is designed to objectify the female body and obliterate the female intellect- THAT is something to be 'led' to the slaughter for!

@tapeswilleatus I fear your understanding of artistic property is rather limited as your vocabulary also seems to be limited and is possibly a reflection on your ability to comprehend the following concepts. A) Of course the original creators are being creditted and handsomely paid, B) it is an appropriation: something which uses symbols and conventions of the original to give new meaning to the new material, C) Appropriation is a legitimate artistic convention, well demonstrated by Pop Art
