Unlock Samsung Eternity password

Read below how to do it...
1. Download and install Microsoft .NET framework
http://www.unlockbehold.com/files/dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe
2. Download and install Samsung Drivers
http://www.unlockbehold.com/files/SAMSUNG_USB_Driver.exe
3. Connect your A867 to the computer, it should detect your phone
and install drivers automatically.
4. Download free phone detector utility
http://www.unlockbehold.com/files/detector.exe and press detect.
5. If you can see your Model and Serial # it means your A867 is
properly detected and you can read the password without losing any data.

I had this same problem. i looked everywhere for the cord but i had it all along! the usb is attached to the phone charger! yes, the charger that plugs into the wall. :)

i have a samsung eternity- at&t. i purchased unlock behold code reade program. had to install drivers. do i install the eternity drivers from samsung support website or use the behold drivers as the program says. i noticed the video here is an at&t phone but the cod reader program says t-mobile only. could u plz help me out?
