As for the cashing in, well here's a band that's signed to a reputable label, has like four albums out, toured extensively building a nice cult following but still has to retain their day job.

I'm not being sexist, i'm not using her gender to devalue her as a singer, I'm saying this is an uninspired band that is cashing in on the female singer gimick. I liked Landmine Marathon back in the 80s and early 90s when they used to be called Napalm Death, or even when they changed their name to Pig Destroyer and later Nasum. If only those bands had vagina's for singers, then they'd get the respect they so deserve.
