thank you for these special videos, well filmed and experienced practice. It shows the elements of Hatha clearly, in fact I would even say, Hatha flow. the movements are gracious and fluid like the breath, when it is deep and conscious. I love the sight and sound of the waves as it stimulates the subconscious mind to follow the rhythm.

really thank u very much for answering me so acording to u they must be done 11 times and i see that here there is no rest between the separate times i mean after the finish prayer it starts imidiatly the next pls tell me is it ok if i am doing it with a rest between thnaks so much

@aristajesy The idea of Surya Namaskara is that is done as a sequence of movements and breaths, to stimulate the flow of Prana. Every movement is either an inhalation (backward bending) or exhalation (forward bending) or holding of breath (the plank pose, no. 5). It is done as a Pranayama with very deep and long breaths and accordingly, the movements too become deep and long. As for the number of rounds, you can start with even 3 rounds, then increase gradually.

@aristajesy: the ending pose - number 12 is the beginning pose - number 1... This is how it is done in our line.
