In this situation, there is no chances for Sasuke. Neji is one year older than Sasuke and he has more experience in battle. Sasuke is very good fighter, but your Chidori or the other fire jutsus would be defended easily by Neji, using his rotation. The only way that Sasuke has to win this battle is use the mark of the curse.

As i writited,the lotus is avoidable.You just need to crouch in the air to fall safely.

Unlike lotus,Loins Barrage deals a lot more damage,it stuns the opponent while in the air(wich lee's lotus cant stun in the AIR) a FALCON PUNCH to the stomach and finally,a Great Kick that makes stomach go disintegrated.

@kapkarakaplan u r so ignorant its not even funny. lee opens the first gate to use primary lotus. it releases the restraints on the mind and lets you move at incredible speeds. lions barrage is a few kicks, while primary lotus smashes the oppenents head into the ground. obviously that is stronger. and like i said before, sasuke couldn't even avoid lees lotus.
