  • Well, yes, she is a stuntwoman. But has she thought about playing lead roles in movies that have to do with sword fighting, martial arts, etc.? She seems serious about her passion on sword fighting. She loves it.

  • It is her intention to be sure! If you know any casting agent heads you can pass her name along... LOL.

Believe me, within 12 months, she's going to be a household name.

  • That's what she does! You've seen her a lot/doubling for actresses.

  • Okay! Thanks! oh, by the way, would you mind telling Alina and Mark that they have awesome sword fighting skills!

P.S. Have you ever guys thought about performing infront of a crowd? Well, sort of (safety for the crowd)?

  • Sure. Always up for doing on site demos/classes and the like.

  • If I may ask, are those real swords?

  • Real Aluminum. If you call on them, they'll kill you!

  • Fencing for film and fencing in real life are complete opposites, fencing for film is about wide sweeping arcing motions, in RL fencing its the opposite, its all about timing and distance, and the shortest movement, and therefore timing possible. I wish they would show fencing how it was done rather than the theatrical version we see in Hollywood. I'm sure we would then have more of an appreciation for western martial arts if that was the case.

  • Well, I don't know any casting agents, but she is going to be great! She's going to inspire women from all over the world to open up to new ideas. Trust me, she has inspired me already! I wish her good luck in the entertainment world!

  • Has Alina ever thought about hitting the silver screen (as in movies) in sword fighting films?

  • Thanks for the response!

P.S. Sorry about my late reply!

  • That looks great! I hope I can get really good at sword fighting, too. Even if it is choreographed.
