@girlie347 @ 4:35 you can just barely hear him say "I raise". If you announce your intentions before placing your chips you're allowed to place your calling chips out first and then place your raise. I'm surprised you don't know this.

@girlie347 i think its because he immediately went back to grab more chips, it passed them. perhaps the dealer went to count the chips too early.
