yea! i think the reason why he doesnt tell her he luvs her, or reveal his feelings is becuz, orochimaru and a lot of EVIL ppl are after sasuke, and if they noe that sasuke luvs sakura, they wud take her hostage or somthing, and he doesnt want his luved one to be hurt in any way! so it was out of luv, he left her, to PROTECT HER! :D i luv sasusaku! ok, im done ranting. xD

Ya, I agree to Sasuke may seem like he hates Sakura but deep inside he has feelings for her even though he says his main concern is killing Itachi. Also after Sasuke succeed in killing Itachi he will have to rebuild his clan but with Sakura at his side.
